I discovered my newest rental has a crack in the fiberglass (plastic?) bathtub. Does anyone have a recommendation for a licensed contractor to remodel the bathroom?

Hey @Boots Bonner!  Just a heads up so that you can understand the Oklahoma (City) market excellently:  Oklahoma does not have a GC license.  So, even though you will hear contractors say they are licensed, GCs are not and the specific sub-trades are.  Plumbers, electricians, roofers, etc . . . but not GCs.

It's a problem that creates what many locally refer to as "Bubbas with a truck" wherein any good ole boy with a truck and a latter jumps into the game since it is a hot and easy market right now and there is no barrier to entry.

So, be scrupulous and find the right contractor, which will pay dividends for years to come!

Good luck on the journey,
