Euclid waterfront project, OH

Hi BP! Ive been reading interested in Investing in Euclid from OOS and was wondering what are the Cleveland locals opinions about the Euclid waterfront project? I’m hoping to buy n hold for next 10-15 years. My guess is home values will appreciate like it did with Lakewood area homes since the 2015 lake access opened. Should I take advantage of that project and buy cheap now, with cash flowing properties of course...and ride appreciation up in the next few years? I’d appreciate your input.

Prices in Euclid have been going up and the city is seeing a lot of changes. Not only are they doing big things with the lake, but the new Amazon center is also almost fully opened. This has been making investors very excited. Now is a good time to get in.
