Is the Newark water crisis an issue for you?
I told my current tenants to not drink the water, and at least one of them is seeing brown water.
I'm almost certain my next (or next few) properties would've been in this area but do you think it can affect the rent prices and the ability to attract tenants?
Is this a concern for anyone else here?
