My Company has a rental property located in South Lebanon, Ohio. We really do not have many Buyers in this area. We are looking to find more Buyers this way.  We have had success in the Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky markets with finding Buyers.  What is the best way to find new Buyers in smaller communities outside of major cities?

I have a lot of great connects there. I sell in Louisville, but my parents live in Lebanon. Tim Settles and Brett Holton would be good people to reach out to.
