There are no meet up groups where I am moving to but I also don’t own any rental property. I am in the process of evaluating deals daily to find my first property but I would still like to host one of those meet up groups. For someone like me who does not have a ton of real estate experience how can I host an event like this without wasting other experienced investors time? I have several people who are interested in starting a group like this. I have made several phone calls to other investors in that area and they all say they would love to see a meet up group started but no one is taking initiative to start it. I have an opportunity to start it myself what is some advice on hosting a meet up event
