Single family home in Louisville, Kentucky information!

I will be moving to Louisville in a year from now and I am trying to learn the market and the area from a distance. Hoping for inside tips on the area. Is it a thriving market for buy and hold investing? What are the good/bad areas? Plan on living in the house for 2 years then renting it out. Primary goal is cash flow but want to still be in a nice area. $110k or less.

Any real estate agents in the area that have investing experience?

Looking for any advice on the Louisville market general!

Hello Blake, I'd consider 40214, 40216, 40218, 40272 for that price point! You should be able to cashflow well when it become a rental. I can send you some lenders I recommend.
