Investment in interior Maine

My father in law owns a property in N Anson, Maine. I am considering purchasing this as a rental with seller financing, but before I even go to him with offers I was wondering about the rental market, and property management in the local area. Is there anyone who knows a reputable management company that does the whole shebang. I will be an out of state investor.
