I can’t find a title attorney or escrow that will facilitate my wholesale deals in Los Angeles/ San Fernando valley, ca. Are there any wholesalers here or investor who can recommend some?

We actually hold a local Meet Up in Northridge at 8one8 Brewing company once a month. We have been off a couple of months because of me being out of town, but I would love to connect
