Hey everyone on Bigger Pockets. My name Is Brian Ward, I’m a new real estate investor focusing on the Dover Delaware market. I just wanted to introduce myself to the rest of the Docals and Locals. Eventually I want to focus on buy and holds and fix and flips.

Welcome @Brian Ward! You should definitely check out the DELREIA meetings at Grottos across from Delaware State University in Dover every 4th Tuesday. Great people and a wealth of knowledge.
