Hi, I have a property under contract and the property has squatters. How do I go about getting them out or is this strictly the end buyers problem ?

@Pharaoh Mitchell, you need to work with the seller to try to solve the problem of squatters. With squatters it could be as simple as calling the police, usually the squatters leave and then re-securing the house. I have dealt with squatters before and it usually can be taken care of by doing that. I have heard of more complex cases were squatters create fraudulent lease agreements and that becomes a more complex issue to deal with!

Don't give up on a deal, be a problem solver!
