Good General Contractor In Des Moines

I am currently trying to find a investor friendly general contractor that is are reliable for a reasonable price. I have no construction experience so I am lost when it comes to local labor and marital costs. So someone that I can pay to give me a line item pricing would be very helpful. I also don't have any connections in the industry that can vouch for someone.
