Hey everyone!

I've been looking into real estate investing for quiet some time now. I've read tons of books, articles, and blog posts and feel like I have  good grasp on the "concepts". I know nothing in life is free and nor should it be! So I would like to extend a hand and buy lunch/coffee for a few local investors that have been around the block a few times. This isn't a "I'm a wholesaler looking for cash buyers" post. 

I am sincerely looking to surround myself with people that are smarter than I am to help myself grow. I would love to find one person that could possibly show me what they know in exchange for a free hand to help them in the real estate investing life. Please contact with me if you are in the area.
