Las Vegas area investing recommendations
Hi BP community, I’d like to invest in a SFR in the Las Vegas area but I’m also open to Henderson. Any thoughts/recommendations for specific areas, agents and management companies? Thank you all in advance.

rentals suck right now in Vegas
If you're a local, there is no reason to invest locally just because it's geographically convenient.
Rent rates are coming up for sure, thankfully. If you can buy something with negative cash flow but bank on future appreciation and rent growth then that might be a good play. It's mostly gambling but that's the Vegas way ;) If you have an excess of capital and need to stick it somewhere then Vegas is probably a good place for that. If you want cashflow, there is nothing but disappointment here.
