My name is Steven and I live in Michigan. I would love to start investing but it’s not currently feasible so I’m looking for local investors to learn from and work with. I’ve listened to all the podcasts, read a lot of the books, but I’m a hands on person and would love to learn the ins and outs of analyzing deals, makIng offers, the whole process, or even just sit in and observe. I’m currently a skilled maintenance technician and would love to trade my time for knowledge. Are there any Michigan investors who would be willing to work with me and show me the works?
