Water and Utility bill
What is your average water &trash bill? I have a 3 flat. All have in unit washers. I got my 1st bill and it was 298 for one month. 2 units have 2 bathrooms and 1 unit has 3 bathrooms

just charge your tenants a monthly water bill based on the average. For a 3-plex I would not invest what is $1,200 per unit in my market for sub-metering.
