My name is Ryan, I'm 24 and moving from just NJ to Denver in time for 2011. I graduated from Monmouth University's Kislak Real Estate Institute and currently work for a developer/investor in Asbury Park, NJ. I'm looking for any Denver investors that are willing to meet with me and possibly let me work for them. I'm not looking to get paid but rather just to continue learning the business and network with other investors/contractors/developers in the Denver area. Eventually, I plan on starting my own real estate venture.

I currently serve as property manager for a portion of my company's portfolio, including a 47 unit apartment building and several mixed-use buildings. I have 3 years experience and fully capable of doing many tasks from research, financial analysis, property management and leasing. A resume and references are available.
