@Warren Currier Thank you, Warren! You certainly understand my question. 

There are so many coaches out there now that it is hard to tell who will bring value and who is just trying to make a buck. Being on BP, I know there is endless free information out there but I also know myself and my limitations. 

With that said, does anyone have a GREAT experience with a coach or any advice on locating one that can bring experience and value to the table?

Any suggestions for companies that provide direct mailing and email marketing lists that are intelligent and specific, reliable, and updated regularly. What should the typical rates for such lists be?

I am looking to purchase an intelligent database for lead generation purposes. Does the BP community have any recommendations on businesses that provide databases?

I purchased a condo that was newly renovated including walls, floors, appliances, counters, and furniture. I have mostly been renting short-term (less than a week) and just recently had someone sign a 5-month lease. I suspect that carpet will be the main item that will have to be replaced most often since it is a ski rental. How do I get a good CapEx number knowing that I won't have to worry about many large expenses for a couple of years?
