New Investor in DFW looking for a Realtor and Advice

Hi everyone,

Hope this message find you well.

I am new to the real estate business and I am looking to buy rental properties in the DFW area. I have been reading some other posts in this forum and I think there is no better place to find advice in a couple of questions I have:

1) Anyone knows a good realtor that works with investors looking to buy houses in the price range of $40K - $80K? I have one realtor, which is good, but I don't get any alerts when a good investment property is on the market.

2) Anyone knows a good investment area in the DFW based on the price range that I am looking? Between the $40K and $80K. I am looking in this price range as my goal is to buy 2 properties this year (with conventional loan).

Your comments/suggestions are greatly appreciated and all my best luck to all the investors out there.

JC
