I’m thinking about joining Ken McElroy’s Inner Circle. However, I was hoping to hear any comments from someone already in. Is the membership worth it? 
They’re a ton of different programs out there and I feel some of them just don’t offer anything better than what a book can.

I have invested in residential properties for the last couple of years and I want to move to the commercial space now.
