Looking for a multi unit
Hello,
I currently stay in Northwest Indiana and looking for a multifamily unit to 'HOUSE HACK' but can't find any deals. There are a few lots zoned for duplexes that are available and was wondering if building new would be a good idea. Any suggestions?
If you want to move to Lafayette, IN then I actually have two duplexes for you. Lol

Tyler, I can do Crown Point but the property has to be near Merrillville. Yes, I'm willing to get my hands dirty and in regards to the financing, I was going to apply for a VA loan.
