Hello,

I currently stay in Northwest Indiana and looking for a multifamily unit to 'HOUSE HACK' but can't find any deals. There are a few lots zoned for duplexes that are available and was wondering if building new would be a good idea. Any suggestions?

If you want to move to Lafayette, IN then I actually have two duplexes for you. Lol
