Hello Everyone, I'm a new investor from the Eastern Connecticut area looking to invest in rental properties. I have a good day job and will use that income to fund and grow my portfolio. Any have have any experience with cash flowing rental properties in the Eastern CT market? or any general beginner suggestions would be great! Thanks in advance

@Mark Skaff did you see the 7 plex for $525K? Just came on. It was advertised as a 14 Cap near Eastern Connecticut State University.
