Hey everyone!

I'm currently looking for an experienced flipper in the Myrtle Beach, SC area. Who has ideas of where to look? I've put out ads on craigslist so far, and am working on making it to the next REIA meeting here to work on connecting with some folks. I have GC experience, and a little bit of cash to put towards a deal.
