Hello y'all, working on generating leads through public record searches in both Thurston and Snohomish county, Washington State.  Having difficulty finding records or notice of foreclosed properties pending auction in both counties.  Any advice on search criteria, or do you make a records request?  If so, what is your criteria for requests?

Snohomish Record Search: http://www.snoco.org/RecordedDocuments/

Thurston Record Search: https://fortress.wa.gov/thurstonco/eagleweb/thurstonrecorder/eagleweb/docSearch.jsp?searchId=4

Any help is much appreciated.

Thank you,

- jw

I just input a date from May 1 2017 to yesterday and got a full page of notice of trustee sales. Also searched for declaration of intent / default and notice of intent. Threw in dissolution of marriage property related for kicks. Try those, James.

Sales today we're given NTS 90 days ago.
