Hey everyone, I am an investor in the Tri County Area (Broward/Miami/WPB) and my contractor is moving! This is not a good thing since I have built a strong relationship with him and his team.

I have a property in Boca ready to go with a full rehab and need some #'s to some very reasonably  priced guys that can get started with some work. It needs everything!
