Also, Wholesaling is real and is prevalent in AK.  However, in order to a successful wholesaler, you are going to have to be the best at all aspects of investing in real estate including marketing and finding deals, estimating rehab costs, and then finding buyers.  It is definitely possible, but you are have a lot to learn as a new wholesaler.  One more thing, don't be afraid to spend money on your real estate education, just don't pay any gurus thousands of dollars for a sales pitch.
