Can anybody recommend a good property management firm near the Highland Hills area? Looking for experience with small to medium garden style multifamily.

Thanks!

As everyone is already suggesting, you'll need to do your due diligence no matter which company you're looking at. But I'm in the Cleveland area and I was shocked to see just how many companies there are. After doing some research, I decided to put what I found into an article for anyone interested in the Cleveland market.

This list won't tell you who's good or bad, but it is a great resource to start looking at your options. Let me know if you have any questions!
