St. Louis Missouri Investing

Greeting BiggerPockets Family, I am a looking to purchase my first real estate investment property this year and was wondering, what the best neighborhood in St. Louis was for investment properties. This first property I wanted to "house hack" but was unsure of what areas I should start looking for potential leads? If anyone who knows the St.Louis market could give me some tips on where to start my journey I would greatly appreciate it thanks in advance !!

Hey @Branden Spann - for what you are trying to accomplish I would suggest a few different areas. Hazelwood, Florissant, Overland, and University City.

I suggest these because they have: (1) Low cost of entry to purchase (2) Strong demand for Rentals (3) Mid-level appreciation estimations (4) High cashflow potential

If you have any more question or would like to talk more about your strategy, feel free to reach out. Good luck to you sir :D
