Hey! I was about to ask this question.. did you get any leads?

I'm an out-of-state investor with a townhouse in downtown Emmaus. I'm looking for a local contractor/handyman recommendation. There are possible electrical and roof issues with the property. In addition to the immediate concerns, I'd like to have a reliable local person to contact for maintenance jobs.

I'm purchasing a couple duplexes in Ogden and would love to get a recommendation for any or all of the following. 

Property inspector

Commercial agent

Property manager

Any other suggestions? 

Are there any alternatives to Loopnet for finding self storage listings? We are thinking about going in this direction with our next chunk of money.

We want to sell our fourplex to another investor and would like to save some money on commissions.

Recommendations in the East Bay/ Bay Area for someone that will walk us through the paperwork process for a flat fee?
