Looking for a General Contractor with Prior USDA Rehab Experience

I am going to be purchasing a home that needs some rehab in Vancouver, WA and I was hoping someone could recommed a general contractor that has done rehabbed a home financed by the USDA.

Relevant cities would be Vancouver, Ridgefield, Battleground and Portland, OR.
