Seeking A Real Estate Agent that works with Investors

I am seeking an investor friendly Real Estate Agent that is familiar with creative financing. I am ideally looking for one in the Orlando and surrounding area's to assist in locating good deals.  I am also looking for one who have experience working with other investors and or is an investor themselves.

All suggestions or offers are welcome. If there is anyone out there on BP who can help, I would love to hear back from you.
