Hello Everyone,

I am working on a potential deal and am in need of a General Contractor. Can anyone recommend any reliable and efficient GC's that I may be able to reach out too? I am also in search of a Commercial Real Estate Agent who is experienced in the Philadelphia market. Can anyone be of assistance on these matters? Any good referrals will be greatly appreciated!
