Seeking Omaha or nearby Nebraska Peeps

Hi,

  I haven't found too many people from the Omaha area.  If anyone is reading this from the area, please connect with me.  

I'm also wonder if anyone in the area has used a rebutable local Nebraska hard money lender.  I haven't been able to find one of these in the 10% range.  Many of the companies I've found lend nationwide but are asking 15% and several points.
