How much did you spend on tiny house utility prep and does it have separate utilities? Will it park in the long driveway and other residents have to park closer to street?

I agree. This sounds like a great idea for a high cost college town.

Hi @Michael H.  Have you started investing yet?  I'm currently looking for a great Columbia MO property manager who has a great online/tech portal that can be used for communicating, tenant repairs, and property photos and renovation, like Buildium.  Does anyone know a manager that might fit this?

Hi Guys! I'm not local but considering investing in KC. Any scary neighborhoods you would steer clear of?

Hello from CA! Meetups are definitely good, REIAs, landlord associations. Just be careful and get references/background checks before opening your wallet to someone.

Post: Corporate/Event Retreat and Vacation Rentals?

I'm considering purchasing a property that could be used for events and corporate or lifestyle retreats (yoga, relationship coaching, team building, executive getaways, maybe weddings) so it may be a little off the beaten bath but could also be used as a nightly rental or a monthly rental. This probably means it won't be in Southern CA. I'm considering some areas in CO, WA, and OR. Does anyone have experience renting to high end mastermind or corporate groups?

Any big issues that could arise that people fail to plan for?

My thought was to offer it for rental through an event or retreat planning company so I don't have to coordinate or handle the stressful parts.

@Yesenia C. Hi there.  Have you purchased anything yet?  Grand Junction is an area I'm investigating as my in-laws are in the area.

We are looking to purchase before the end of the year.

For Mobile Home Parks we are most interested in CA, AZ, and within 30 minutes of Grand Junction CO and Columbia, MO, Long Beach, CA and Casa Grande, AZ.

We are also looking for 5-10 unit houses on a lot or small apartments in these areas.

Prefer Seller Financed Opportunities.

Hi @Brian Flack.  I think US Leadlist is the company I've tried to get data from a few times but they limit how many people in an area they will sell to.  Have you called them?

I'm considering Successor's Data.  I'd be curious to know if anyone else has had a good experience with them.
