As one of the most important hires in our company’s history, the Real Estate Broker will need to play a key role in the growth of the company as we look to staff up to 250+ agents. The ideal candidate will have management experience and a high in-depth knowledge of commercial and residential real estate, with a preference being placed on experience in the Philadelphia market. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
-Licensed Broker with at least 5 years’ experience in real estate and leasing.
-Ability to support agents in their daily activity with a teacher’s mentality to make agents more productive.
-Desire to work in a startup environment with hopes of influencing the corporate culture
-Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, and agency rules.
- Analytical skills required, including the financial skills and ability to interpret bank/investor financial statements.
- Must be flexible, tenacious, and accurate.
- Ability to meet performance goals on a monthly and/or quarterly basis.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Proficient in Windows-based software. Knowledge of CRM systems are a plus.
