Fifth Realty is looking to hire an experienced and aggressive licensed Real Estate Broker to run and manage our new Philadelphia, PA sales office. As one of the most important hires in our company’s history, the Real Estate Broker will need to play a key role in the growth of the company as we look to staff up to 250+ agents. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
-Licensed Broker with at least 5 years’ experience in real estate and leasing.
-Ability to support agents in their daily activity with a teacher’s mentality to make agents more productive.
-Desire to work in a startup environment with hopes of influencing the corporate culture
-Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, and agency rules.
- Analytical skills required, including the financial skills and ability to interpret bank/investor financial statements.
- Must be flexible, tenacious, and accurate.
- Ability to meet performance goals on a monthly and/or quarterly basis.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Proficient in Windows-based software. Knowledge of CRM systems are a plus.

Here is a list of their products. I'm pretty sure they provide it to Maryland. They also have offices located in CA,IL and TX. Maryland shouldn't be a problem...

Hi Scott,
I'm an intern at a commercial liability insurance company in Wayne, PA (15 miles outside of Philadelphia) and they have a ton of real estate investor clients. It's the best company you'll probably ever get insurance from. When I plan on getting started in REI I am 100% using the company I currently work at. Its called United States Liability Insurance Group(USLI) and its owned by Berkshire Hathaway.
