subject to contracts

Looking for a real estate attorney in the San Antonio area that knows how to construct a "subject to" the financing in place. Have tried calling a couple and none call back. One I talked to will not do it without letting the mortgage company know I am taking over the payments. Any recommendations? This will be my first subject to deal , trying to lock in this deal asap.

Ditto in what @Seth Teel said.  Steve Alamarez is the one you need to talk to.
