Requesting referals for a Property Manager OKC Midtown

We are looking to extend out portfolio in to the Midtown - Classen - Paseo and surrounding areas, The plan is to buy some of the historic Multi-family property's in Up & coming neighborhoods. The problem we are finding is a majority of "Property Managers" in the area are accustomed to the 1990s brick duplexes, none are so interested in the 1900s properties.. I'm looking for someone who might have a team in place for repairing and continually up keeping such properties. If you have a property to meet our needs, would make a referral,  or you are a professional in the area please let me know..
