Hello Probate Investors.I trying to get educated on the probate investing process in California. I know there are plenty of knowledgeable investors on BP.Where did you learn about the process? As of now I am mailing to probate leads and I will ask questions as they arise. I'm sure it's not the best way, but I want to build momentum with my mailings as I learn . What are your thoughts on this.I appreciate all feedback. Thank You.

@Ryan Hobbs In our geographic area Rick is the ONLY authority as far as I'm concerned. I've researched other "gurus" and courses and have wasted valuable time and money. Rick is the guy that probate attorneys go to when they need information. Lol

@k. Marie Poe is also an amazing wealth of knowledge on probate and many other things, but doesn't do education like Rick does.
