I'm moving to SA in two weeks from PA and wanted to reach out to industry leaders/ movers and shakers..

Looking to see the areas of town people are most interested in buying... for rentals and/or flips..

I'm looking for wholesaling partners, flip partners, private money partners and i'm also thinking about creating a free investing club, since i haven't been able to find any free ones..

Let's disrupt the SA market guys/gals! Any info greatly appreciated!
