How to form a local real estate investment club?

Does anyone have any insight or a referral as to how I can go about forming a chapter?

I have reviewed the national site but to my understanding you join that once a local group is formed. Being in a small city there are none established?

Any advice?

The only club I have experience forming is a fight club and I am not supposed to talk about that!
