Anyone from Tampa, Clearwater, St. Pete?

Hey Everyone,

My name is Adam, I’m looking to make connections with people in the Tampa Bay Area. I just moved here a few months ago and My wife and I are hoping to buy a home toward the end of the year. There seems like so many cool places to live so any suggestions would be great.

A little about me, I’m 26 renting in St. Pete right now. I do door to door/ in home sales for windows and roofs. I like it because I get to see a lot of cool people and different neighborhoods.

My goals are to buy a home with my wife by the end of the year and get my real estate license. My long term goal is to buy my first multifamily property before I’m 30 and use that money to help with my parents retirement.
