Asheville Landlord lawyer recommendation

Hey BP,

I am in search of a great landlord lawyer in the Asheville North Carolina area to help me write up a lease agreement/roommate agreement. Preferably one that invests in real estate themselves that can understand my unique position, as I am attempting to househack my property.

Any and all recommendations or tips are welcome, of course!
