Looking for an investor friendly agent in Pearland/Houston area

Hey everyone,

This is my first post. I'm looking for an agent that wants to work with me bidding on Hud properties and re-selling them. This person would essentially be my partner and share in my success as an investor. Anyone know any Hud approved agents that could help me out in the Houston area? I'm located in Pearland but probably wouldn't limit my bids to Brazoria County. Looking to at first pickup 1-2 properties a month and build it from there. Let me know if you can help.

Martin,

Why do you want the HUD agent to partner with you? Just get the agent to submit your offer and once your offer is accepted used the agent as your buyer's agent, and they get their commission and move on to the next deal.
