Hey Guy,

I really wanna go alls deep with my deal analysis for properties in my market. I'm looking to connect with any contractors or tools/resources that help me calculate cost of materials as accurate as possible. 

Can anyone refer any sites/app/forums that can be use to determine and calculate material cost like; roof materials, HVAC, foundation, ect. I'm in the Essex county Newark NJ area, I'd like to connect with any contractors that are ok with me reaching out to inquiry about material/project cost.
