Hi! I'm looking at a possible BRRRR in Walden, NY and can't seem to find any available rentals in the area to get an idea of what it would rent for. I'm wondering if maybe everyone owns in Walden and there are no rentals? If anyone has experience there I would love to hear what their take on that is.
