Are there any investors in the Kansas City area looking to potentially partner on a house flip/BRRRR deal? I want to do my first flip this winter, but I want to mitigate some of the risk of a first time flip by potentially partnering on a deal. I would love to connect and talk if anyone has experience doing this or has similar goals for a potential partnership.
