Roommates how much should I charge them ?
I have a two bed room 2 full baths a 1300 sqft apartment and I want to rent out my other room to a friend but I don’t know how much to charge her. How do I go by doing that ?

@Sal Romano go to Zillow and find out how much apartments are in your neighborhood. Divide the rent price by the bedrooms and that'll give you a good idea.
I'd give your friend a discount, though. Maybe 10%? Makes it more likely that they'll stay longer and it'll be easier on you as well.
