Where do you BRRRR in Philly?
Hey All (and philly investors),
I'm looking to acquire my first property in Philly in the coming months and plan to BRRRR a 1-4 unit property. I've been networking, researching and analyzing deals. I figured i should go straight to the source to see where fellow neighbors are investing in Philly, and which markets have easier entry points with about $30K-$40K in capital to invest in a BRRR Property.
I've been looking at the zipcodes 19146, 19139, 19144 and 19148.
I'm happy to connect with other Philly investors and learn more about what you are doing to achieve great things.
Thanks,
Jason
