Tips to increase a bank line of credit

Hello BP!

at the end of this year I have a meeting with my bank to discuss increasing an established line of credit for 2021. Current line is valued at 100k but looking to get 200k+ to prepare for the expected tidal wave of foreclosures coming. we managed to do 7 BRRRR deals in 2020 (two ongoing) without missing a payment utilizing the LOC. Next year the goal is 12+.

Does anyone have tips for this meeting to convince them to expand the LOC?
