Is my credit history long enough?
Right now i have about a 730 credit score, however i have only had a credit history for about 7 months. Now i know i can get a private investor to fund my purchase and rehab, however would my credit be enough to get a refinance loan from the bank? (Also to buy a house, would i need a good credit history too if i do not buy in full?)
